Course Description

The Georgia Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License course have been approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). This course features 75 hours of instruction covering all subject areas required by the GREC to prepare students to sit for the state licensing exam. Students are required to attend 75 hours of instruction, complete every assignment and quiz, and score at least 75 on the final exam to pass the course.  This course meets the requirements of Georgia law.This course is only offered in the classroom. Classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday nights, from 6:30-9:30 pm.  Attendance for 75 hours of class time is mandatory.  Instructor for this course is Sal Giovingo, a licensed Real Estate broker and certified instructor

Section Notes

The course features 75 hours of instruction covering all subject areas required by GREC (Georgia Real Estate Commission) to prepare students to sit for the state licensing exam.  Students are required to attend 75 hours of instruction, complete every assignment and quiz, and score at least 72 on the final exam to pass the course.  Classes will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm. This is an in-person course.  

Due to the attendance requirements for this course, students must attend classes without arriving late or leaving class early. Sign in/Sign out sheets will be provided at the start of class and the end of class. Students who are late or leave early will be considered absent. Students who miss more than 3 days of class will be removed from the course per the guidelines of the Georgia Real Estate Commission. 

Passing this course will result in the student being approved as a candidate to take the Georgia Real Estate Commission licensing exam. This course will prepare students to take the GREC licensing exam, but this course does not include the GREC licensing exam.
