0002 - Real Estate - Real Estate Pre-license

Course Description

The Georgia Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License course, approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC), consists of 75 hours of instruction covering all required subject areas to prepare individuals for the state licensing exam. To pass this course a student must attend the full 75 hours, complete all assignments, quizzes, and the final exam with the score of 72 or higher.  This classroom-only course meets Georgia law requirements and is held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.  This course is offered during Fall semester (August-December) and Spring Semester (January-May). The instructor, Sal Giovingo, is a licensed real estate broker and certified instructor.
