The state of Georgia now mandates "Joshua’s Law" for teens between the age of 15-17 before scheduling a road test for the D-license. Albany Technical College provides 30-hours of classroom instruction and 6-hours of in-person driving, which complies with Georgia’s "Joshua Law".  This law aims to ensure that young drivers receive proper training and experience before they are granted full driving privileges.
